This Privacy Policy describes how Bangkokcrowd Co., Ltd. ("Bangkokcrowd", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with the website bangkokcrowd.com and the residential participation programme. This Policy is issued in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Bangkokcrowd Co., Ltd., Thai Commercial Registration No. 0105566012345, with registered office at Floor 28, Park Ventures Ecoplex, 57 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website.
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit the access form, we collect your full name, email address, and any information you voluntarily provide. We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and pages visited, in accordance with your cookie preferences.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your personal data to respond to your request, to provide information about the residential participation programme, to comply with legal obligations under Thai law, and — where you have consented — to send communications about new projects and updates.
4. Legal basis
Our processing is based on your explicit consent (Section 19 PDPA), the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
5. Sharing of data
We share personal data with technical providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors under written agreements. We do not sell personal data to third parties. International transfers, where required, are protected by appropriate safeguards under PDPA.
6. Retention
Personal data submitted through the access form is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Under PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

We apply technical and organisational measures (TLS encryption in transit, access controls, regular audits) to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this website with the date of the last update.
