Bangkokcrowd Co., Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in the Kingdom of Thailand in 2024 under Thai Commercial Registration No. 0105566012345, with registered office at Floor 28, Park Ventures Ecoplex, 57 Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330.
2. Nature of the Website
The Website provides general information about the residential participation programme operated by Bangkokcrowd and allows visitors to request access to the programme. The Website does not constitute an offer of securities, deposit-taking activity or any product regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) or the Bank of Thailand (BOT).

The programme is intended for Thai residents and foreign residents legally established in Thailand, aged between 40 and 65, who can demonstrate lawful sources of funds. Participation in any project is subject to additional eligibility and documentation requirements.
